Breakfast Skillet

This simple but delicious bacon, egg, and potato Breakfast Skillet is the perfect way to kick off the day! It comes together easily with everyday kitchen staples.

INGREDIENTS

bacon russet potatoes onion garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, ground pepper eggs shredded cheese

Cook the bacon and set aside.

Cook the diced onions in the bacon fat.

Add the potatoes and seasoning to the skillet and cook.

Add 3 tablespoons of water and then cover the skillet so the potatoes can cook through.

Make 4 wells and crack the eggs in and top with cheese.

Cover and cook until the eggs are done and top with the bacon.
