Whisking together the ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.
Spoon a couple of tablespoons of the glaze into the bottom of the pan. Then, add the meat mixture into the baking dish and bake.
Add the leftover glaze over the hot meatloaf and bake until finished.
