In a large pot or dutch oven, coat the bottom of the pot with sesame oil over medium heat. Add in chicken. Season with salt and pepper and brown the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Add in garlic, honey, and sriracha and stir to combine.
Add in the brown sugar, soy sauce, chicken stock, and rotini pasta and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring occasionally so nothing gets stuck to the bottom.
Add in the parmesan and peas, stir and let cook for another 2-3 minutes or until the pasta has cooked through.
Serve as is or with green onions as a garnish.
