Ingredients

  • 350 grams refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ cup parmesan and extra for garnish

Instructions

  • To a large mixing bowl, add the tortellini and oil. Toss to coat.
  • Add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and parmesan to the tortellini. Toss well to combine.
  • Transfer the seasoned tortellini to an air fryer basket, ensuring they're in a single layer.
  • Air fry the tortellini for 9 to 10 minutes at 350F, shaking the basket at the halfway mark.
  • When done, serve with more parmesan shaved on top, marinara, and basil, if desired.
