Ingredients

boneless skinless chicken breast
¼
cup
lime juice + extra half a lime to serve
1
tablespoon
taco seasoning

cups
salsa
handful
fresh cilantro
Instructions
In your slow cooker, add in the chicken breasts, lime juice, and taco seasoning.
Layer salsa and cilantro on top of the chicken.
Set the slow cooker to high for 3 hours. Once done, shred the chicken, and toss to coat the chicken to ensure it’s coated with sauce.
Serve immediately with some more lime juice drizzled on top.
Notes
I like to have them in tacos so on a flour tortilla, add lettuce, the shredded chicken, shredded cheese, onions, avocado, and sour cream!
