Instant Pot  Shrimp Risotto

This Instant Pot Shrimp Risotto is creamy, full of flavour, and most importantly, easy to make!

INGREDIENTS

butter shallots arborio rice emon juice + lemon zest chicken stock salt/pepper peas, frozen or fresh shrimp parmesan

Melt the butter and saute the shallots before adding in the arborio rice, lemon juice and broth,.

Pressure cook for 5 minutes. Then stir in your peas, lemon zest, cooked cold water shrimp and parmesan.
