Season the chicken thighs.
Mix up the glaze in a small bowl by whisking together the honey, soy sauce, ketchup and garlic.
In a slow cooker, add chicken thighs and sliced potatoes. Pour glaze on top.
Close lid and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Or, cook on high for 3 to 4 hours. About 30 minutes before you're ready to eat, add green beans into slow cooker.
