Ingredients

  • 650 milliliters pasta sauce
  • 320 grams shredded mozzarella cheese or more
  • 1 to 2 cups baby spinach
  • 48 pepperoni slices
  • 500 grams potato gnocchi

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 400F.
  • In a 9×9 baking disk, cover the bottom in a thin layer of sauce and then layer in shredded mozzarella cheese, baby spinach, pepperoni, gnocchi, the rest of the pasta sauce, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni.
  • Cover the dish in tinfoil and bake for 15 minutes in the middle rack.
  • When done, remove the tinfoil and broil for 5 minutes or until the top layer of cheese has melted and pepperoni is crisp to your liking.
