Gnocchi Pizza Bake
I love gnocchi. Like I loved it enough to attempt to make some by hand on a whim one day, did it wrong, got flour all over my kitchen, and actually tried again afterwards. If it wasn't gnocchi, I would have probably called it quits. But I was determined to have gnocchi! But not to worry, for this super easy pizza inspired gnocchi pasta bake, you use store bought gnocchi (without boiling!) so from start to finish, it should take you less than 30 minutes!
