Sheet Pan Eggs

These Sheet Pan Eggs come together so quickly and easily! A cross between sunny side-up eggs and over-easy eggs, baking eggs in the oven is a great hands-free way of preparing breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 7 to 8 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon pepper
  • oil spray

Instructions

  • Heat the oven to 350F.
  • Grease a small sheet pan and crack as 7 to 8 eggs. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top.
  • Transfer the sheet pan to the oven, adjust the egg yolks if needed.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the whites have set or the yolks have reached your desired level of doneness.
