Instructions
Heat the oven to 350F.
Grease a small sheet pan and crack as 7 to 8 eggs. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top.
Transfer the sheet pan to the oven, adjust the egg yolks if needed.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the whites have set or the yolks have reached your desired level of doneness.
