- 7-8 slices bread
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2½ teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon salt
Cut the bread into sticks. I usually cut mine into three.
In a bowl, combine the eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Whisk until fully combined.
Dip the bread into the mixture. Don't let it sit in the mixture.
Add the dipped toast sticks into a lined air fryer basket.
Air fry at 375F for 5 to 6 minutes. You can flip the toast sticks and air fry it for another minute if the bottom isn't as golden as you'd like.
Serve with some maple syrup and powdered sugar if you'd like.
