Air Fryer French Toast Sticks

A delicious breakfast treat, these Air Fryer French Toast Sticks come together pretty quickly and easily! All you need are a handful of pantry staples and you'll have this easy air fryer breakfast ready in no time.

Ingredients

  • 7-8 slices bread
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Cut the bread into sticks. I usually cut mine into three.
  • In a bowl, combine the eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Whisk until fully combined.
  • Dip the bread into the mixture. Don't let it sit in the mixture.
  • Add the dipped toast sticks into a lined air fryer basket.
  • Air fry at 375F for 5 to 6 minutes. You can flip the toast sticks and air fry it for another minute if the bottom isn't as golden as you'd like.
  • Serve with some maple syrup and powdered sugar if you'd like.
