- 1½ pounds brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 3 to 4 strips bacon diced
Add the halved brussels sprouts to a large bowl. Drizzle the olive oil over top.
Add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the brussels sprouts.
Toss until evenly coated.
Add the bacon to the brussels sprouts. Mix until the bacon is evenly distributed throughout the brussels sprouts.
Transfer the brussels sprouts to your air fryer basket in a single layer. Depending on the size of your air fryer basket, you'll need to do this in two batches.
Air fry for 12 to 15 minutes at 400F, shaking the basket half way through.
