Welcome to One Pot Only!

One Pot Only is where you can find recipes that only take one pot to make! Whether that be one Dutch oven, one slow cooker, one Instant Pot, one pot, or one sheet pan. The recipes found on One Pot Only are approachable, aren't overly time-consuming, and most of all, delicious! If it's not something we'd feed our family then it's not something that'll go on the blog.

Some recipes may need an additional pot to make a side of rice or something but the goal of each recipe is that you wash as few dishes as possible when you're done cooking! 

I hope your family enjoys these recipes as much as mine does. I originally started this blog after going through a mini kitchen renovation and my partner and I only had access to one outlet in our unfinished basement to cook! The kitchen was torn down, the appliances were moved into the living room, and I pretty much had to make do with an Instant Pot, rice cooker, and a hot plate in the basement. It was a rough go but we got creative and made it work. We made a lot of one pot meals and washing our dishes were a pain but it was worth it! You can see my new white cabinets up above in the photo.
