Cauliflower Gnocchi (Air Fryer)

Made in under 30 minutes, it is so easy to make this quick and simple air fryer cauliflower gnocchi! It's perfect on its own or served with your favorite marinara sauce, pesto sauce, or cheesy sauce. It comes out so crispy on the outside and fluffy and pillowy on the inside. It makes for the perfect snack, appetizer, or side dish!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Gnocchi 12 ounces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2-3 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, toss the gnocchi, oil, parmesan, and garlic. Toss until well combined.
  • Add the cauliflower gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 15-20 minutes at 375F, shaking the basket every 5 minutes and using tongs to separate the gnocchi stick together.
  • Top with chopped parsley, more grated parmesan, and serve with marinara sauce.
