- 1 bag frozen Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Gnocchi 12 ounces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2-3 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
In a large mixing bowl, toss the gnocchi, oil, parmesan, and garlic. Toss until well combined.
Add the cauliflower gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 15-20 minutes at 375F, shaking the basket every 5 minutes and using tongs to separate the gnocchi stick together.
Top with chopped parsley, more grated parmesan, and serve with marinara sauce.
