Tips and Notes
- This recipe was tested only with TJ's cauliflower gnocchi. However, I'm sure this recipe will work for other brands of frozen cauliflower gnocchi! Let me know down in the comments if you try!
- There's no need to thaw the frozen cauliflower gnocchi before air frying them.
- Make sure to separate any gnocchis that are stuck together. That will make sure you get a crispy edge all around.
- This is best eaten immediately. I recommend only air frying as much as you plan on eating.
While I don't like the idea of saying pasta isn't healthy, cauliflower gnocchi is technically healthier since it's literally made out of a vegetable.
The pictured air fryer is a 3.5 qt Power XL.

While it's best to enjoy air fryer cauliflower gnocchi immediately, if you have leftovers, you can store them in an airtight container in the fridge for a few days and reheat them in the air fryer until warm again. Usually 400F for 2 to 3 minutes.
