- 4 russet potatoes cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 red onion cut into quarters
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon ground pepper
Add the potatoes, onions, oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to a bowl. Toss to combine.
Transfer the potatoes and onions into the air fryer basket in as close to a single layer as possible.
Air fry the onions and potatoes at 390F for 15 minutes, shaking the basket at the halfway point.
Repeat as needed with any leftover onions and potatoes.
